Animal Law Bibliography

AnimalLaw.com

The Institute has developed AnimalLaw.com, a web site that serves as a comprehensive online resource that uses the power of the Internet to disseminate legal and legislative information as it pertains to animal issues for the benefit of attorneys, law students and other animal advocates conducting research in that area. AnimalLaw.com simplifies the process of researching animal-related information by providing fast, streamlined access to:

  • Current federal and state legislation

  • Federal and state law

  • Model laws on dissection, pound seizure and anti-cruelty provisions

  • Highlights of court decisions affecting animals

In addition, AnimalLaw.com provides analysis of selected legislation and a comprehensive bibliography of animal law books and other resources.

Animal Law Bibliography

The Institute publishes a highly detailed Animal Law Bibliography, which lists publications and other materials that can be used by individuals conducting law research.
